IV. REQUIREMENTS
- Certified copy of the 1st semester grade for the school term 2018-2019
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- 2 pcs. (2×2) recent colored formal picture
- For Teacher Education courses, applicants must have an average of at least 85% (no rounding off). No grade below 80 in the final rating of all subjects.
- For other degree courses, the average is at least 80%.
- Graduates of Non-Degree courses who wish to proceed to Degree Courses must have at least 2.5 general average of the course last attended.
- Transferee (Additional Requirements)– Honorable Dismissal, Informative copy of TOR
- Reminders: Original report card must be surrendered during the enrollment period ONLY. Bring pencil on the examination day.
