* Exam Venue: Food Laboratory 1, S&T Building, BISU Clarin Campus, Poblacion Norte, Clarin, Bohol
Please bring the following requirements:
• Valid ID
• 2×2 ID picture with nametag
• Black Gel Pen (0.5 tip) — for answering the test
• Good Moral Certificate
• Justification Letter (signed by the parents)
